Склад Varus у Дніпрі постраждав через російську атаку: це другий удар за місяць (ФОТО)
On May 20, the Russian army attacked a Varus grocery store warehouse in Dnipro for the second time this month. Casualties have been reported.
As noted by Ruslan Shostak, co-owner of the company, on Facebook, "I won't comment on the damages—human lives cannot be compared to material losses. It is a pain that cannot be quantified."
He emphasized that his entire team is doing everything possible to ensure that customers and partners of the network do not feel the effects of the tragic events of the past month.
According to the State Emergency Service, two people lost their lives and six were injured due to the Russian assault on Dnipro. A large fire broke out in a three-story warehouse where food products were stored.
More than 80 rescuers and 25 units of emergency service equipment, including robotic devices, are involved in the aftermath of the attack.
It’s worth recalling that on the evening of May 5, Russian forces targeted the Varus supermarket chain in Dnipro, resulting in fatalities then as well.
